Experience Summary
I have a passion to make a difference in the lives of people I come in contact with. I have strong interpersonal skills to include written and oral. I have a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management and I will be completing my Master in Public Admininstration in August 2010. I have over nineteen years of experience working in various financial institutions.I have teller, customer service, loan officer and management level positions of the course of my career. I currently am a Branch and Retail Support Manager and my responsibilites are to develop strategies that will enhance the retail department and bring consistency among five branches.
Teaching Style
I believe in various learning strategies. In my role as a Branch and Retail Support Manager I train all new hires using visiual aides, on the job training and constructivist. Creativeness is very important to me and I realize that every child learns different. It is my desire to take the time to find out what strategies work best in that childs environment and learning capabilities.
