I am a solutions oriented professional with four years of experience and notable success in tutoring youth and adults. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and a certificate in Website Design. My education and professional experience has given me the knowledge and ability to tutor in the areas of mathematics, computers, language arts, study skills, and resume writing. I also have extensive experience in speech writing and presentations.
Teaching Style
I believe each student deserves to reach his or her potential. I am dedicated to being an instrumental educator by helping my students achieve success. My teaching style is to be tolerant, patient, and aware of different learning styles and to cater an individual tutoring program that meets each student’s needs. I set attainable goals to track progress and to provide a sense of accomplishment. My overall focus is for my students to remain engaged and enthusiastic while learning.
