Experience Summary
I completed both my degrees, BA and MBA while working full time and raising my family. I have mentored over 23 young professionals, teaching them to accept change and embrace career transition . I have created my own company, Perfect Seminars LLC to carry on this mentorship for small businesses.
I believe my overseas experience in travel would support me teaching social studies, my profit and loss management would enable me to tutor basic math students and my developed leadership training for inner city school kids would support me teaching marketing , english and entrepreneurism.

Teaching Style
I am patient and enjoy working with students that would be classified as difficult. I see that difficulty as being one or two things, they are over achievers and that results in boredom, or they require attention and lack of it results in giving up. I am firm and fair, but always start my classes out with a hopes and fears exercise , where we come together on what expectations we have for one another. We review the contents of that signed document at the conclusion of the course. Each student comes with unique capabilities, I see it as my job to discover that motivation key. I listen and learn , identifying the real obstacles.
