Experience Summary
As a Post-Graduate student, I know the meaning of hard work that leads to success. In 2007, I have received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology and currently completing my second degree in Biology. I applied my skills across a broad spectrum of science, math, behavioral studies, writing, research, and language skills. I have helped many peers in areas that were difficult for them. In 2006, I have participated in a short-termed program that provided help for grade school students struggling in classes. From that point forth, I have provided tutoring services to those that requested my help as needed.
Teaching Style
I have experienced that everyone learns differently; some people are visual, audible, physical, or a combination. I know because I struggled in classes before. I strongly believe that "no child should be left behind" due to lack of resources or lack of understanding. I have plenty of patience and will to break any barriers that a child may come across. I believe that discipline prepares a student for higher standards and optimism is the key to open any closed door. If a student is strong in one area and weak in another, my plan is to make the weak point the strongest and emphasize the strong.
