Experience Summary
The majority of my experience was obtained directly from my courses of study during my collegiate career. While taking all of my Physics courses math was a very important skill to have and be able to apply in a physical sense. Communication is a skill which I obtained while working alone or in a team for research purposes. I have a little over a year of experience as a lab assistant teaching astronomy on a college level.
Teaching Style
The key to teaching any age of student is the ability of the teacher or tutor to recognize the students level of need and their adherence to a study regiment. Some students learn best in a conventional step-by-step process, while others learn better with real world applications or a "reason" for a particular concept. I am excellent at recognizing what type of curriculum a student would excel under. The only true difficulties a student can have in any subject is when they believe they are unable to learn the material. Prove to them they can succeed in even the smallest way and you can give them the confidence and interest to succeed through hard work. This is what I can do for your student.
