Experience Summary
I have always excelled at mathematics. I once was certified K-12 in math. I have taught math at the high school level and have tutored adults prepping for the GRE. My degree in Humanities was fulfilled by taking coursework in American Literature and English, which I have also taught at a local career college.
Teaching Style
I love teaching. My style tends to be very hands-on, drawing analogies from many areas to clarify student understanding. I do this through games and word play. I usually utilize mnemonic devices to facilitate memorization of difficult concepts.
