Experience Summary
I am a Spanish speaking individual whose had access to a great publix education. Although early in life I suffered a big setback, I did not let it stop me from pursuing a higher level of education. My love for learning, achievement and assisting others is a asset I possess. My persistence in reaching goals has transformed me into a strong, knowledgeable and highly driven person. I have worked as a substitute teacher. I taught subjects such as, Basic Spanish, Health to Middle School students and all subject matter to fifth graders. For the last seven years I have worked with troubled and/or physically and mentally abused children. My experience in these areas has exposed me to diffent methods of teaching.
Teaching Style
I have always enjoyed teaching and assisting others with useful information to reach their goals. I enjoy talking, telling stories, reading and doing research. I am a patient, ethical, sympathetic and professional person. I thrive at problem solving and welcome any challenges that may come my way. I have plenty of knowledge working with all computer programs. I am a firm believer in that education is the tool to success. My goal is to create a construtive approach and appropriate surroundings to allow students to achieve their highest potenial. Ultimately, this will put them on the right track to success.
