Experience Summary
During my undergradaute education, I began tutoring children aged grade K-12 in math, science and reading. My biology undergraduate degree has provided me with extensive skills in Physics, Chemistry, Math, biology, as well as all basic science material. I have also earned my Master's in Public Health which solidified my writing skills in the process of writing research papers and essays in a broad array of topics. I have tutored students in the topics of English, Spanish, Geometry/Trigonometry, Calculus, K-12 math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy, Basic science, History and many more...
Teaching Style
I am a compassionate teacher who promotes an encouraging learning environment so that my client will excel in the subject matter. Not only do I address the weaknesses that the student has in the specific subject, but I provide useful study skills and self-help practices that will enable the student to excel outside of the tutoring environment. All of my students begin to enjoy the learning material and in turn make great progress in their academic work.
