Experience Summary
I am a graduate from the University of Rhode Island. I have a BA in Biology and Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (PharmD). I also completed minors in Chemistry and Spanish. I worked as a tutor, shift supervisor and programs assistant at the University of Rhode Island Academic Enhancement Center for 3 years. In addition, I worked as a research assistant with the University of Rhode Island Chemistry Department for 2 years. I completed two academic teaching rotations with the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy as well. I am currently an Adjunct Professor with the Biology Department at the Community College of Rhode Island.
I have experience tutoring various subjects in biology and I have most experience with organic chemistry.
Teaching Style
I love working with all age groups and specialize in tutoring college students. I believe that organizing notes and materials is an important step in the study process. I have worked with various populations. I really enjoy making a difference by teaching.
