Experience Summary
As a recent graduate, I have learned the importance of education. I have earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology and minor in Chemistry. Not only do I contain a strong understanding in those subjects but took several classes in other areas to become a well-rounded individual. I dedicated my time most of my time to studies but I also took time out to participate in campus activities, as well as, participate in numerous volunteer programs. I received rewards for my dedication to tutoring and mentoring the youth in the inner city.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working, teaching, and mentoring children. I have learned to adjust to the different learning styles of children, which makes it easier for the child to feel more comfortable with learning. In order to work with children there has to be a great amount of patience and concern. I have learned patience through working with children from all walks of life and I have come to appreciate each child's story. I belive that reaching out to those in need will not only help someone else to meet their full potential but for the teacher also. I believe in making a difference in other's life because others have helped shaped me into who I am today.
