Experience Summary
As a graduate of Mississippi State University, I earned a BS and Master's degrees in Physical Education. I have teaching certificates in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, and Technology Applications. I have taught science classes for over forty years. This experience has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science. For twelve years I taught Technology Applications at a Career & Technical Center, which gave me valuable experience in working one on one with students and using computers.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with children. I love to see the look on a child's face when he or she grasps a new concept. I believe all students have the ability to learn, but each in different ways. I will use appropriate teaching methods to ensure your child obtains academic success. I will strive to make learning fun for your child. My goal is to provide the best education possible for your child.
