Experience Summary
My passion is education as a means of transmitting knowledge and experience to future generations. I have been in the education field for many years and have worked with preschoolers, children, teenagers, and adults. In the past, I have tutored middle school and high school students in most academic subjects and mostly in English as a Second Language. I love the classroom setting; but also enjoy the one-on-one or small group tutoring setting. I am also fluent in Spanish.
Teaching Style
With a background and experience in education, I have had the opportunity to work with students with different learning styles and have been able to apply different teaching techniques to customize the students' needs. As a role model, I like to make an impact in every student by communicating a passion for knowledge and education as a way to setting and achieving life's goals. I believe that knowing and understanding the world in which we live help us to adjust and take advantage even of adverse situations.
