Experience Summary
My Ph. D. work involved solving a second order partial differential equation which reflects real life utrlasound vibrated water streams capable of producing dropwise precipitation at within 1% reproducibility between drops, this led to an unprecedented ability to solve very sophisticated equations. My earned masters degree in chemical engineering makes it possible for me to tutor equally well in chemistry and mathematics. The latter masters degree also enhances my abilities to tutor teach and mentor in all levels of mathematics. My research papers have contributed to my excellence in writing reports and creating essays in my areas of study.
Teaching Style
My experience at the community college and public school classroom includes a wide range of diverse teaching experiences from high achieving Japanese to Hispanic low performing students seventh graders I have excelled at teaching all levels of ethnically, academically and physically diverse students. The procedure I follow in tutoring is to first attack is to find out where any understanding difficulty lies. Then, I write the rules out. Next I work 2-3 problems applying the rules as we proceed step by step. Under my tutledge, I have the student work 2-3 problems on their own. When the student can, at least, master the basic problems, then we move on to the next area of difficulty. Every one can succeed at some level.
