Teaching Style
The minds of children are fascinating to me. The first thing I do with my students is discover what is important to them, how they feel about school, what problems they are having. Children learn in different ways; the secret to teaching them is to determine the way each one learns. Once I know what methodology to use with each child we move forward together. All children can learn with the right support and intervention. Tutoring provides scaffolding for a child to learn knowledge and skills in school that will transfer outside the classroom effecting lifetime success.
