Experience Summary
My work as a master’s student in New Mexico State University involved investigating the epidemiology of methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) in a unique geographical region, El Paso Del Norte region and my research as a doctoral student then focused on the fusidic acid-resistance mechanisms of S. aureus.
During this time I have been able to acquire expertise in diverse areas of science. Furthermore, I have also published my findings in recognized Scientific journals thus allowing to master my grammatical skills.
Teaching Style
My ultimate goal as a microbiologist is to become an academic scientist. I would like to convey the knowledge that I have acquired so far to future scientist and by doing this helping them reach their goals. During my time at New Mexico State University I was a teaching assistant for two years. My duties included teaching freshman, sophomores and juniors and also preparing and grading questionaries. My students described me as enthusiastic and energetic.
