Experience Summary
I have taught Gifted/Talented and Special Education students in the content area of math. I have taught grades 7-12. I am currently licensed to teach in North Carolina. I have experience working with problem behavior children as well as self-starting children. I have also attended various trainings and have taken classes about learning theory and struggling learners.
Teaching Style
I am versatile. I like to incorporate technology and music into the classroom to promote retention and participation. I use manipulatives as well. I am fun, enthusiastic, yet firm and consistent in consequences. I am flexible and have made curriculums that work for exceptional children.
