Experience Summary
With a BA in communications and a minor in sociology, I have an understanding in many subject areas such as, english, history, speech and media. As a graduate student I have extensive experience in writing papers and doing extensive research. I have worked as a newsroom researcher in the past. I am currently working on my graduate Thesis as well. I have experience in teaching students in elementary school up to the college level. At Long Island University I have worked as a graduate assistant, and a Tutor. I also have experience in working with students in after school programs.
Teaching Style
I am a very hands on person, who believes that with patience each person can learn. Some people must understand that each person learns in a different way. I do not believe that people should compare one child to the next, because it is unfair.
