Experience Summary
I retired last year (2008) after 30 years as a Public Servant (law enforcement) with the City of San Diego. I have also retired from the Naval Reserve as a Master-At-Arms Chief in 2006. I have taught, counseled and mentored individuals throughout my career. I initially studied Physics and Math at college level and changed major after employment with the city. I attained my BS degree in Criminal Justice. My future plan is to transition to a teaching profession and teach a subject I love most, and that is Math.
Teaching Style
I love teaching young minds and inspire them to learn Math. My goal is to show the value of doing math problems. Practice, Practice, Practice, the more math problems done, the more he/she will comprehend. I will approach Math problems as an enjoyable challenge that can easily be overcome.
