Experience Summary
I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's in Economic Theory and Theater Production. Currently, I am finishing my Masters in Education. In addition, I have a New Mexico teacher's license and am "highly qualified" by the State in Math.
I first began tutoring, especially math, in high school and have continued to do so over the years.
I am highly motivated when it comes to teaching. And, am a believer that there is more than one way to learn.
Teaching Style
I believe in making subject matter relevant, not to mention interesting.
Having different methods of explanation is key. As well as a solid foundation in the material.
I am extremely patient and an excellent communicator.
Finally, I believe in teaching to the potential, i.e., there is always more to learn and more to strive for.
