Experience Summary
Although I have not taught in a formal classroom, I have participated in things like Big Brother, Big Sister, which have given me insight in how to go about teaching younger children. I have taken 23 undergraduate English courses and have studied the writing process inside and out. I have received many different tips from many different teachers at both LeMoyne College and Buffalo State College, both of whose professors are exceptional.
Teaching Style
I like to allow myself to understand how the child sees the material before jumping in. This allows me to conceptional, not only their learning style, but their frame of mind in general. After understanding how the child sees the material, I attempt to teach it that way.
