Teaching Style
I believe in "polarized" teaching style. I believe in addressing attention (discovering what motivates the learner), relevance (creating links between the instruction and the learner experiences), confidence (providing learning objectives up front so it is understood what will be learned) and satisfaction (providing relevant educational experiences that will last well beyond the diploma or certificate completion) of the students. To design class sessions with active participation, variety in delivery format, and problem solving activities all to help the learner in the processing and application of course content in creative and original ways.
