I have about 3 years of extensive hands-on and successful teaching experience, I am confident in my ability and passion to teach mathematics.
Being a versatile individual I have taught below, on and above average grade level. I have been successful at accommodating diverse students’ needs by offering individualized and extracurricular support and integrating effective materials. Teaching Style
The one thing that I observed about the learning process, is that a person quickly grasps a concept if he/she is interested, or the topic is thoughtful and challenges the wit of a person and lastly, a person is very comfortable in learning through his/her friends. Nobody is stupid not to grasp a concept. It is the methodology, technique and feeling of comfort and interest, that is required. Hence I try to be affable and was more involved. A picturization or a real life example is more likely to fit in a person's mind. I used this technique and was very successful. With this regard, about 70% of my class scored 90% and above in their respective examinations.
