Experience Summary
I taught business subjects in PBC Adult Education program 15+ years, providing individualized instruction.
My goal for H.S. credit students was to achieve competency in the subject, maintain measurable progress, and gain incentive to progress at a rate to successfully complete their course. Students learned to remain mentally focused and be proud of their progress.
Teaching Style
My communication skills enable me to listen, assess, and convey information successfully, thereby facilitating proficiency in the material covered.
I adapt my teaching style for each student by recognizing the diversity in learning styles, making them a strength, not a weakness.
Effective use of the time allotted enables me to coordinate work assignments within the time constraints.
