Experience Summary
As a professional, I have a history of progression within all organizations that I have been employed. My passion for excellence in education is fueled by the numerous individuals who have made significant contributions to my development. I possess a Bachelors degree, MBA and currently in the final stages of my MSIT. In addition, I hope to complete my PhD by 2011.
As part of my professional experience, I have and still conduct training and demonstration sessions with the objective to pass my knowledge to clients and fellow employees in an effort to enhance the company's reputation.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is simple yet very effective. I try to understand the student in terms of habits and overall view of learning and development. I believe that effective learning process cannot be achieved via a 'one-size-fits-all' and spending the time to understand the student goes a long way in making them feel comfortable and mentally ready to learn. With that said, I also believe in making the process fun yet effective.
There is an abundance of tutors available and who are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. However, only a few can effectively transfer knowledge to someone else who is not at the same level. I am one such tutor who knows what it takes to make that successful 'transfer'.
