Experience Summary
As a graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Education, I have a great diverse experience with children and families. I have volunteered my education experience and worked at many places including preschools, kindergarten centers, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and early childhood centers. I also have been involved as a juvenile tracker for Lutheran Social Services where I had to earn each juvenile's trust and help them become more responsible and be able to positively deal with school and life in general. I have served as a tutor for many years in all subjects for students in grades 2 through 8.
Teaching Style
I greatly love teaching and anything that enables a child to feel proud about themselves in a positive manner. I believe that there is not one teaching style available to all students. I feel that to truly become an effective teaching, one must get to know each student individually to find out their likes and dislikes. I am an extremely patient person with a huge heart and love for children. I will do everything in my power to enable each child to succeed. I believe that children need to have fun at times in order to learn. I strive to give each child their own tool that is tailored to him/her in order to succeed.
