Experience Summary
Through experience as a youth pastor and career development in management, I have administered numerous teaching and training exercises. These have included classroom as well as individual developement. I have personally helped high school and college students in developing their mathematic aptitude. I have also taught financials for several years in developing supervisors within the company I am employeed.
Teaching Style
I enjoy watching the development of students. I believe a good teacher partners with the students, asking questions that challenge overall understanding to identify areas for development. I am patient in this process, and attempt to discover the best way to communicate concepts in creative ways which the student can identify with.
