Teaching Style
I began teaching at the age of 17+ before attending college. My entire career has been principally teaching and academic administration. My students have consistently expressed praise at the approach that I take. To begin with, I believe that the needs of the student are paramount.
Imparting the material to the student requires an understanding of their level of readiness; as a result I always begin by attempting to establish past experience. Once this has been done I then outline objectives, however students are allowed to participate at every stage, thus there is ongoing interaction. Questions and answers, followed by discussion are used, and no effort is spared to ensure that students learn.
