Experience Summary
I come to you with thirteen years of teaching experience. I am the mother of three. I was raised and attended college right here in Jacksonville, Fl. I graduated from Edward Waters College in 1993.It is my vision and mission to give a student confidence and compassion in reading, writing, and history.All children can benefit!
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with children. There are several assessment tools that I use in order to see where I would need to begin with any child. One of my favorite forms of assessment is Great Leaps.I have used this program and have seen growth in all subjects with students. Some students who were reading below grade level are now functioning with confidence on grade level.We all are like candles someone sparked our fire and now look how bright our lights our shinning.I would love to be that spark for your child.
