Experience Summary
I am currently a mother of four and an operations manager at a Call Center in Tucson Arizona. I am responsible for all hiring, training, employee counseling, scheduling and up until recently, sales.(50 employees & over 500 clients). I am relocating to Sarasota in December and plan on returning to school for my Masters. In 1998 I was employed as a “Goals Coach”. I acted as an assistant to the principal to help kids with disciplinary and emotional problems. This included, helping with class assignments, field trips, and calming them down. I am very proficient in writing and English skills. I am responsible for writing sales proposals, training manuals and presenting customer service seminars.
Teaching Style
I love working with kids of all ages including teenagers. I am able to relate easily to different cultures as well. I use a laidback approach and get to know each child as I am helping them. I have maintained relationships with some of my former students from eight years ago. They still look up to me for guidance in there adult life. I am patient and take time to ask questions and really listen to the answers. I am excited for any child that realizes they can achieve any goal and work up to their potential. I use each child’s individualism to help them achieve success. What works for one child might not work for another. I change my approach when necessary. Although I am usually pretty casual and easy going, I am able to be more direct.
