Experience Summary
I am a senior at Florida Gulf Coast University. I am graduating with a Bacholer's in Elementary Education. I plan to continue my education by acheiving my Master's in Special Education. I have experience in tutoring as I have worked in after school day care. In addition, I work as an assistant for a company that does science once a week plus tutoring. I am a highly motivated person and dedicated to education. I try to find what works best for instructing the individual student to ensure they receive the necessary knowledge.
Teaching Style
I have worked with children since high school as a baby-sitter. Now I am involved in the education field and could not be happier. I have worked hard in my own education to learn how to be the most effective teacher I can be for your children. I have learned numerous techniques on how to teach all sorts of concepts. As a teacher, I believe if the lesson is intriguing to the student, then they will learn. My goal is to find out what works best for your child as a student and then make sure that their academic needs are met. Our tutoring sessions would be full of knowledge, but also enjoyable. An engaged student, is a student who learns. I hope to teach all my students to the best of my ability.
