Experience Summary
During my years in the corporate world, I have trained customers with Basic, Intermediate & Advanced skills in using computers. I have also mentored and lead fellow co-workers and customers with improving their technical skills at work and at home. Helping others to attain and expand their knowledge to improve their lives is very fulfilling and I enjoy it immensely. I've tutored/mentored/trained customers from the ages of two to ninety and I'm ready to make this journey to a more full-time position.
Teaching Style
I assess each person's level of understanding to determine the best way to help them learn. Some people can learn visually, some learn better with hands on teaching, verbal instructions work for some and others may need a combination of one or more to grasp the concept of the lesson. One of the most important parts of being a teacher is being able to listen to your students and not judge anyone by their background, race, color, religion, culture or creed. You must always treat others the way you want to be treated, no matter what.
