Experience Summary
After graduating from College, I entered the the field of social services as case manager. I employed for (12) twelfe years with serveral different companies working with cronically mentally ill adults. As a case manager my duties included, linking indiviuals to social and community services and monitoring their progress according indiviually designed service plans.I also worked as a mid manager supervising case managers. After leaving the social service field I worked for (9) nine years as a church administrator,working with volunteer coordination, property management and management of lite and major construction projects.
Teaching Style
My style is base on finding the indiviual need of the child and helping the child reach their potential. I would do this through counsultation with parents and teachers if it is possible.Through this hopefully the student will gain confidence in whatever problem areas he/she has.The tutoring session would be different than classroom setting. Not as formal but there would be expectations and priorities so that the sessions would be productive.
