Experience Summary
I have recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, as well as a minor in Sociology and a certificate in Behavioral Forensics. I graduated Cum Laude with University Honors and an overall GPA of 3.78. I place a high importance on education, knowledge, as well as good grades and was on the Dean's List every semester of my college career. My experience as a nanny for the past few years has allowed me to tutor children in all subjects of elementary school. I also have 1 year of previous experience as a tutor for a fifth grade student in all subject areas, including math, science, history, social science, English, grammar, vocabulary, reading and Spanish.
Teaching Style
I highly enjoy teaching and working with children. I understand that all children learn in their individual way and I make sure to cater to these differences. I am very patient, tolerant, disciplined and encouraging. I believe that all children have the ability to do well in school as long as they are taught the appropriate tools for success.
