Teaching Style
I believe that each student will succeed. You have to presume comepetence and have high expectations. Students learn at different paces and achieve goals at different times. Everyone needs to be given an opportunity to excel. I practice a caring, patient approach to teaching. Students need to feel good about themselves and their effort. Gains are made through different techniques. It is my job to evaluate the students need and help them achieve their highest goals.
