Experience Summary
I recently received my certification in Elementary Education and I am currently teaching primary for Jefferson County Public Schools. I have alot of experience teaching reading as I worked as a literacy lab instructor for two years prior to teaching working with children grades K-2. I have much experience working with children in areas of phonics instruction, vocabulary, comprehension, fluency and writing.
Teaching Style
I am very passionate about learning and working to provide learning experiences for others. I have a strong belief for holding high expectations for all children. I believe in creating positive learning experiences through engaging activities, and I believe in teaching in a way that will address a variety of learning styles. I believe in a literacy rich environment as that is the key to successful learning.
