Experience Summary
As a Director of Marketing in the banking industry, I researched and wrote a training manual on quality customer service, selling and cross selling. I introduced copies for staff personnel and held training sessions on these topics including staff participation, tests and followup assessments. I have more than 20 years work experience that gives me actual experiences that I can draw upon to train others in basis skills such as reading, writing, spelling and arithmetic as well as business, finance, customer service and general office skills.
Teaching Style
I provide the best training possible for the individual student geared to their style of learning. I listen to their feedback and tailor my style to them. I am low key, patient, reliable, and very capable of researching the specific subject to provide extra real world knowledge. Chrildren are our future and I take pride in being a small part of improving that process. I believe that with a little encouragement any child can be successful at whatever they decide to accomplish in life.
