Experience Summary
I am a recent graduate of Limestone College with a BSW in Social Work. I have been working in education for over seven years working with high school and middle school. During the past two years I have been working for independent contractor doing tutoring. My work site was Keenen High School where I held my group sessions in Guidance Dept. The students were from the TRIO program at USC of Columbia. I also tutored small groups in middle school setting for one year.
Teaching Style
I have the experience in teaching Life Skills and LAW elective course. While working at high school I would teach Life Skills to EMD and LD students. My first year at middle school I was ask to teach LAW as a elective course for the school year. I have always enjoyed teaching students and mentoring. I have work with small Family soultion groups, which consist of students who have been referred by court system. I have always seen myself as a giving person when it comes to working with youth.
