Experience Summary
Have a degree in Mathematics from University of New Hampshire with a minor in Education. Upon graduation, taught slow learners math to high school students from 1975-1977. Have been teaching in the business world since 1977. Am a member of American Society of Trainers and Developers. I have excellent communication skills, the patience of Jobe and have the ability to translate complicated information into an understandable format. Am extremely creative, dynamic and a logical individual.
Teaching Style
Whether training adults or teaching/tutoring children, there many different ways people learn. I have over 34 years experience working with all type of learners. I approach each situation with an ADDIE(analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate) mindset in order to reach my students in the best way possible, "teach" them the information they need to succeed and make the experience the most pleasant possible.
