Experience Summary
I have tutored children and adults in the past. As a high achiever in High School, college and in the corporate world, I was constantly requested by friends and parents to assist in tutoring in various subjects, such as English and speech. As a graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Speech Communication, I was able to provide high level of assistance in teaching and understanding the material at hand. My own motivation to peruse a Masters in Business Administration at UCLA is also a reason as to why I am requested to tutor others, not only to be an example that a higher education is indeed necessary, but also because my focus is also to educate others to continue an education.
Teaching Style
I am a firm believer that everyone is capable of achieving their educational goals as long as the proper resources are provided. I am a dedicated individual that seeks different methods to assist my student in learning the material at hand. I create and modify my teaching style to fit the student's need in order to accomplish the set goal. I believe that everyone has different styles of learning and therefore it requires a sensible yet discipline tutor to accomplish this.
