Experience Summary
The experience that I have is training the leaders/volunteers in running a troop or assisting the leaders. The training sessions is from three to six hours of presenting materials, video, Power Point slides and group interactions that will assist the group in holding meetings and developing programs for the troops. The teaching experience consist of leadership, how to handle complex situations with the troop and or parents. I train every month at least once to three sessions.
