Experience Summary
I have more than 20+ years of experience in training and educational development. I have supported many organizations as well as working as an instructor at a community college, youth enrichment programs and adult learning in both corporate america and the educational arena.
I have a Master in Education and Bachelors in Business Administration which enabled me to gain understanding in business theory and education aspects of learning with best practices. I have expertises in the applied learning of both fields specializing in writing, spelling, analyzing (research), developing, designing, implementing and evaluating process, programs and classroom learning.
I have tutored and provided instruction to youth and adults students with positive outcomes of creating great study habits, critical thinking and time management skills.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and meeting all students at their academic level using various learning and teaching styles to engage the student so that they retain the information learned. I have been recognized for bring out the best in others. I have a testimony of being selected to work at the age of 15 in corporate America with many achievements. I am a firm believer that the student can not learn until the teacher arrives. I seek to inspire all students. Additional achievements have been to assist students in identifying strengths and weakness, transferring of skills, talents and abilities with career assessments which is a key contributor to enhance the overall development of student learning. I have also been selected to provide facilitation and professional development for instructors.
