Experience Summary
I graduated with a BS in Biotechnology and a BA in Chemistry. I am currently working on a MS in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry. I have been an intern at University of Wisconsin-Madison focusing on locating a point mutation in Salmonella enterica. I was also employed at MPI Research to do more research. In addition, I am extensively trained to write and read scientific articles. I have experience teaching many areas including Biology, Chemistry, and Math.
Teaching Style
I am very passionate about education. I used a variety of techniques such as reading to the student, extending what they know, providing visual aids, etc. I like to use a variety of tools to explain lessons because different methods can improve or help a student learn a subject much better.
