Experience Summary
I used to be a Math Tutor at Lorain County Community College. With a strong mathematic background, I was able to tutor students in all levels of college mathematics. During my undergraduate, I took many high level math course for an engineer such as Calculus I, II, III, IV and linear algebra.
I graduated from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, Ohio) in January 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineer. In the junior year of my undergraduate, I had an opportunity to coop at DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., a Johnson and Johnson Company. As a student of the top-ten colleges in biomedical engineering education, this precious opportunity not only challenges my education, but also helps me to accumulate new knowledge about industrial engineering and R&D. I found this experience to be extremely valuable, and its value has been extended since I received an award in recognition of special achievement in one of my coop project.
Teaching Style
I like to challenge myself with problem solving. I believe that I am very creative in finding a way that can help your children have a good understanding in Math. To be good at math, students should spend time to do homeworks. I love to work together with all children to get answers for any mathematical problems. My goal is to help students develop a solid background in Math, which will be a stepping stone for their education in the future.
