Experience Summary
I have not actually tutored students as a professional, but I have a talent for helping others. For example, in my last full time position as a Product Manager for an insurance company, I constantly received requests from fellow employees for assistance. The various requests I received included, but were not limited to, for help learning specific software applications and assistance in completing reports.
I have also assisted youths in their reading and basic math skills.
Teaching Style
I realize that each student has his own unique style of learning and I adapt to that style. This insures that we are speaking the same language and also insures a better understanding of the subject matter. I am patient, easy going and considerate. I believe in constant feedback from my student to insure that he and I are on the same page. It is my goal to help him achieve the highest level of understanding possible within his capabilities.
