Experience Summary
As a passionate educator, I was motivated to learn various teaching strategies that enhanced my desire to teach every student in need of an excellent education. To receive my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education tremendously enhanced my knowledge to expand the horizon of every student that I taught. As an educator it is essential to know various teaching strategies for teaching math, reading, writing, science, social studies, art, and physical education. Various authentic assessments, integrated thematic units, hands on manipulatives, multicultural curriculum development , rubrics/portfolios, and building repoire with every student is of great significance in my teaching strategies. Therefore it is my goal to create autonomy for every lesson and to build resilience for every student I taught.
Teaching Style
It is essential to build repoire with every student. Every child learns various strategies to help them learn the subject. Fortunately, it is my duty to assist the student to build their knowledge by incorporating exciting hands on, visual, and auditory learning strategies that create long lasting learning in which helps them to use their knowledge out-side the classroom. Every student needs the challenge to foster their social and cognitive skills. Therefore, group and individual learning produces meaningful knowledge that lasts for a life time. Every child deserves motivation in learning. Thus, as an educator, it is my goal to provide enthusiasticl teaching techniques that build conceptual knowledge for every child.
