Experience Summary
I have spent my entire career in marketing and sales, first, then applied those skills to marketing communications. My interest is in health care and I am currently a professor of health care marketing, communications, policy, community and public health. During all my years of teaching and now, I have been a fairly polished writer. During my doctorate, I became a polished academic writer and now I am a dissertation mentor and committee member, working on others' important work. I enjoy tutoring and teaching at the college level.
Teaching Style
I love working with adults. For those who have skills and motivation, it is a matter of gaining trust and accelerating the use of those skills. For others, I provide assistance in seeking knowledge, and building self-confidence in order to move ahead in career and school objectives. I like to challenge, assist, view first draft efforts and then help polish into finished documents. I have a lot of experience in this.
