Experience Summary
My teaching experiences in both private and government schools have give me a wealth of knowledge. I have tutored children who were low performer, high achievers and those studying for entrance exams. The majority of my teaching hs been teaching Grades 6-9 Math students (this is my special area) but I have taught and tutored students in K-12. I am quite capable and comfortable of teaching any subject but I do have a love and an affinity for Mathematics.
Teaching Style
Teaching is a passion with me and I am of the firm belief that all children can learn; it is just a matter of finding how they learn best. I have found that my best teaching comes when I enter into each teaching assignment with an open mind. I find that the most effective way to teach is to always meet the child or children where they are (problem/question) so that they can be taken where they need to go (the goal).
