Experience Summary
I taught a self-contained sixth grade class and taught library skills to high school students in addition to running the circulation department of the library. I have also been a substitute teacher and classroom aid. Raising three children gave me the opportunity to assist with homework and school projects and instill my love of reading and learning in my own childres as well as their friends.
Teaching Style
I am a big believer in using a positive approach to learning. Every student should be encouraged to ask questions. Life is a learning process that never stops. Those that have an education should share their knowledge so the student and the instructor are able to grow together with the ultimate goal being a love of learning.
