Experience Summary
I have an extensive knowledge of the English language, both in reading and writing. My Political Science background focused primarily on lengthy research and comparative analysis papers. My pre-law background also strengthened my communication skills and allows me to be be clear and concise in all forms of communication within the English language. My tutoring experience began my second year of college when I worked in the writing center, editing college level writing assignments. Recently, I have worked with children ages 7-17 in reading, writing, and elementary math.
Teaching Style
I believe children will rise to meet whatever challenge you set for them. For that reason, I will continually challenge and push your child to do more. I believe in positive reinforcement and making learning fun. My goal is to provide your child with the tools necessary to succeed in all subjects - to have the confidence needed to excel in school as a whole.
