Experience Summary
This Summer 2009 I'm graduating from Palm Beach Community College. I will attend Florida Atlantic University and major in Art History Education. My personal experience in tutoring kids with disability was in August 2007 until March 2008, for the tiem being I tutor my cousin in math and basically I just help her with math and english homework. I also help tutor my students in college with Spanish classes.
Teaching Style
I prefer working with children do to the fact that I was a very distracted girl when I was in elementary and I always needed help in math beacuse I did not put much attention in class. I think every child has their own way of learning things, what works for some children might not work for others and usually adults do not have any patience what so ever with children. I think some professor do not have a real devotion when it comes to teach children. That is why I try to use different methods depending the person I'm helping out.
